About me
Megan Dardis-Kunz is a social worker in Idaho and has 17 years of professional social work experience.
She has a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND and a Master of
Social Work degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL. Megan has worked in a variety of
social work settings including behavioral health, children and families, hospice, and higher education.
She is a former member and Chair of the North Dakota Board of Social Work Examiners prior to moving
to Idaho. Megan was the Democratic candidate for the Idaho House of Representatives-District 4 in
2022.
Megan is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor at Boise State University School of Social Work. Her
passion in social work focuses on macro issues including social justice, political social work, and
empowerment of marginalized and oppressed communities.
Megan lives in Coeur d’Alene, ID with her husband of 14 years and their two springer spaniels. In her
free time she enjoys reading non-fiction, yardening, coffee shops, and dog cuddles.
